Do I have to make an appointment?
You don't have to make an appointment for passport photos but we ask you to come in after 9.30am and before 4.30pm Monday to Saturday and allow up to 15 minutes during busy periods.

Applying for your passport online?
No problem. We can provide you with a digital code to allow you to apply for your passport online, just make sure you ask for this service when you pop in.
